  • db symmetry was formed as a UK joint venture through the purchase of a 60% holding in Barwood Developments Limited by clients advised by Delancey; a specialist real estate investment, development and advisory company. The remaining 40% shareholding is controlled by the former Barwood management team.

    He has 20 years involvement in large-scale warehousing and distribution developments in excess of 4.5 million sq ft - £325m value.

    Nathalie joined db symmetry North in May 2014 from Investment Agency, where she worked for 5 years.

    He is a qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

    At Barwood, Kevin is responsible for financial planning and cash-flow forecasting.
