Henry is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who joined Barwood from Strutt and Parker in 2002 where he was the youngest ever divisional partner.
His clear thinking and creativity in financial problem solving has helped him put together many complex and sizeable transactions.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years commercial property experience. He was formerly a Director of Savills and partner in Fuller Peiser. Prior to joining Barwood he was responsible for all aspects of acquiring, developing and managing a £120m property portfolio for a family trust.
Jonathan is responsible for establishing and managing the planning strategy for strategic land holdings from acquisition through to disposal.
Tom is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience behind him. He previously worked in London, initially at Jones Lang LaSalle and most recently at Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Partner before joining db symmetry in Summer 2015.
Kim has provided senior executive management support to CEO’s and MD’s within both PLC and private sector industries for over 25-years.
She is a highly experienced Executive Assistant, with the added skill in PR and Communications, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Tim is a qualified Chartered Surveyor involved in the promotion and management of investment and development property from acquisition through to disposal. He has experience in industrial, office, residential and retail sectors and has been involved in the planning, promotion and marketing of several large scale industrial schemes.
Freddie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor based at the db symmetry northern office in Manchester and is involved in the management of development projects from acquisition through to disposal throughout the North of England, North Wales and Scotland.
Nathalie McCann is an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (ARICS) based at the db symmetry Manchester office. She graduated in 2011 from the College of Estate Management, Reading.
Nathalie joined db symmetry North in May 2014 from Investment Agency, where she worked for 5 years.
Kevin joined Barwood in January 2014 from Micros Systems, a NASDAQ listed company, where he held the role of Financial Controller for the Hospitality Division.
He is a qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
At Barwood, Kevin is responsible for financial planning and cash-flow forecasting.
Joe joined Barwood in February 2012 as a Business Analyst, having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Business.
Joe is also responsible for the company’s ICT support and is currently studying towards becoming a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.
