Henry is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who joined Barwood from Strutt and Parker in 2002 where he was the youngest ever divisional partner.
His clear thinking and creativity in financial problem solving has helped him put together many complex and sizeable transactions.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years commercial property experience. He was formerly a Director of Savills and partner in Fuller Peiser. Prior to joining Barwood he was responsible for all aspects of acquiring, developing and managing a £120m property portfolio for a family trust.
Andy is a qualified accountant and corporate treasurer with over 25 years' finance experience. holds fellowships from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Royal Society of Arts.
Jonathan is responsible for establishing and managing the planning strategy for strategic land holdings from acquisition through to disposal.
Harry has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property. Prior to joining DB symmetry he was a Principal at LxB Retail Properties Plc, the AIM listed Real Estate Investment Company. Harry works closely with occupiers and the development team to deliver class leading property solutions.
Jonathan is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience as an agent and developer. Prior to joining DB Symmetry he was a Board Director at Miller Developments where he delivered multiple logistics, manufacturing and mixed use developments. Jonathan specialises in sourcing, funding and developing large scale multi-unit schemes.
Simon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property development and planning. His early career was as an agent in Leeds and Manchester and he has for the past 12 years undertaken numerous commercial developments whilst working with a regional construction firm and a national developer.
Dan is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
Prior to db symmetry, he was a Partner at King Sturge and most recently lead JLL’s successful Industrial and Logistics team in the North West, advising on schemes such as Omega, Warrington; Logistics North, Bolton and Airport City, Manchester
Tom is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience behind him. He previously worked in London, initially at Jones Lang LaSalle and most recently at Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Partner before joining DB Symmetry in Summer 2015.
Freddie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor based at the DB Symmetry northern office in Manchester and is involved in the management of development projects from acquisition through to disposal throughout the North of England, North Wales and Scotland.
Leonie joined Barwood in January 2015 as an Assistant Management Accountant.
Leonie is responsible for the preparation and completion of the management accounts for DB Symmetry group and also all invoicing and credit control.
Leonie is studying towards becoming a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Joanna joined DB Symmetry in October 2016, and holds a NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property. Prior to this, Joanna obtained a Land Management degree. Joanna’s role is to support the Directors, liaise with clients, and to assist with projects, as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the Northampton office.
Kirstie joined DB Symmetry in 2016 having relocated from Devon. She hold holds a a degree in French Studies and a diploma in Business IT with Marketing and PR.

Jill joined DB Symmetry in January 2017 having previously worked as a Barrister’s Clerk for 7 years, where she gathered the integral skills needed for the role of an Executive Assistant. Jill’s role is to support the Directors and Development Surveyors, liase with clients, as well as assisting with projects and the running of the Manchester Office.
