Based at db symmetry’s Manchester office, Dan will work on existing projects including Ma6nitude in Middlewich, Cheshire, where the company, in a joint venture with Pochin, is bringing forward a pipeline of development plots to accommodate a range of buildings from 90,000 to 600,000 sq of manufacturing and logistics space. In addition, Dan will be involved in new strategic development opportunities across the region.
Speaking about the decision, director Andrew Dickman, commented: “Dan needs no introduction. His impressive track record and high reputation, having worked at senior level in one of the UK’s most respected agencies, will further strengthen our team at management level and his appointment reinforces our commitment to the long-term development plan we have in place”.
Dan continued: “This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded and highly capable firm, and was simply one I couldn’t turn down. I believe my skills and experience of working with both institutional investors and occupiers will complement and add to the strong team that is already there.”
