Jonathan is responsible for establishing and managing the planning strategy for strategic land holdings from acquisition through to disposal. Lovemore is a qualified accountant with over 10 years’ experience in finance and investments. He trained at PwC LLP prior to moving to BDO LLP where he audited clients in real estate and construction. Prior to this, Lovemore was an independent financial advisor and a soldier in the British Army.

Justin joined dbs in April 2017 for process improvement and to manage the accuracy of the portfolio forecasting.
Justin is currently a candidate in the Certified Financial Analyst program having passed the level 1 exam in December 2016, he is also a CFA candidate member of the CFA Society UK after achieving the Investment Management Certificate in November 2015. Having studied AAT and CIMA previously Justin has a broad range of accounting and investment knowledge.
Justin has previously worked in a diverse range of organisations, from a private hospital chain managing the accounts for a small entity, an alternative investment manager as an analyst and asset manager for £260mn AUM and even a supply chain analyst for Avon cosmetics EMEA region costing $500mn annually.
