Tom is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience behind him. He previously worked in London, initially at Jones Lang LaSalle and most recently at Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Partner before joining DB Symmetry in Summer 2015.
Simon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property development and planning. His early career was as an agent in Leeds and Manchester and he has for the past 12 years undertaken numerous commercial developments whilst working with a regional construction firm and a national developer.
Harry has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property. Prior to joining db symmetry he was a Principal at LxB Retail Properties Plc, the AIM listed Real Estate Investment Company. Harry works closely with occupiers and the development team to deliver class leading property solutions.
Jonathan is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 25 years’ experience as an agent and developer. Prior to joining db Symmetry he was a Board Director at Miller Developments where he delivered multiple logistics, manufacturing and mixed use developments. Jonathan specialises in sourcing, funding and developing large scale multi-unit schemes.
Paul has over 20 years industrial and Logistics experience and joined db symmetry from Lynton Developments, where he was a director for 7 years. There, Paul specialised in occupier-led development working with a number of funds, major retailers and third-party logistics companies in the procurement of new bespoke design and build facilities.
Freddie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor based at the db symmetry northern office in Manchester and is involved in the management of development projects from acquisition through to disposal throughout the North of England, North Wales and Scotland.
Matt is a qualified town planner based at the db symmetry northern office in Manchester, with 12 years’ experience advising on all aspects of land use planning and development throughout the UK.
Justin is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 10 years’ experience in the sector, previously having worked at Savills in the industrial and logistics agency team providing occupational, investment and development advice to a variety of funds and landlords.
Sarah is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2015 with a 1st class BSc (hons) degree in Real Estate Management. Sarah joined the db symmetry Manchester office in October 2018 from Gerald Eve, having worked in both commercial and residential real estate consultancy.
Sebastian joined db symmetry from Oxford Brookes University after achieving Upper Second Class Honours in Real Estate Management. He brings a diverse range of industry-related skills and already has a strong understanding for the development process.
Justin joined db symmetry in April 2017 for process improvement and to manage the accuracy of the portfolio forecasting.
He is currently a candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program having passed the level 1 exam in December 2016. He is also a CFA candidate member of the CFA Society UK.
Leonie joined Barwood in January 2015 as an Assistant Management Accountant.
Leonie is responsible for the preparation and completion of the management accounts for DB Symmetry group and also all invoicing and credit control.
Leonie is studying towards becoming a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Abda has two principal functions: to provide financial information to managers, helping them to control projects and to ensure that the accuracy of project accounting meets strict audit standards.
Adelina joined db symmetry in April 2017 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the polish University of Economics. Currently, she is studying towards becoming Qualified Accounting Technician.
Adelina is responsible for all invoicing, processing payments, dealing with Supplier queries.
Joanna joined db symmetry in October 2016, and holds a NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property. Prior to this, Joanna obtained a Land Management degree. Joanna’s role is to support the Directors, liaise with clients, and to assist with projects, as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the Northampton office.
Kirstie joined db symmetry in 2016 having relocated from Devon. She hold holds a a degree in French Studies and a diploma in Business IT with Marketing and PR.
Kirstie supports the Directors, liaising with clients and contributing to projects and research, as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the Northampton office.
Bekki joined db symmetry in March 2018 having previously worked in a number of senior administration roles in automotive personal finance and outsourced HR businesses.
Bekki is based in the Northampton office supporting Directors and the Finance department, assisting in the day-to-day running of the office.
Jill joined db symmetry in January 2017 having previously worked as a Barrister’s Clerk for 7 years, where she gathered the integral skills needed for the role of an Executive Assistant. Jill’s role is to support the Directors and Development Surveyors, liase with clients, as well as assisting with projects and the running of the Manchester Office.
Having previously worked in the Engineering industry, Emilie has spent the past 5 years developing key skills in effective communication and system processing. Based in the Manchester office, Emilie supports the Directors and assists in the day-to-day running of the office.
Katy joined db symmetry in November 2018 as an Executive Assistant.
Katy has worked as a PA within the Property Sector for the past 15 years She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Manchester University. Katy’s role is to support the Directors in the Manchester office, and assist in the day-to-day running of the office.
