Overview

Extending to a total of 40 acres, Symmetry Park, Bicester has the capacity to deliver up to 675,000 sq ft of logistics floor space.  Unit A1 (88,000 sq ft) has been pre-sold to Bentley Designs Ltd with Unit A2 (110,000 sq ft) developed speculatively and subsequently sold to Medline Services Ltd.

Unit B (163,130 sq ft) is now under construction on a speculative basis and will be ready for occupation in March 2019. The remaining land (Plot C) has outline consent for a further development, and can accommodate requirements from 60,000 sq ft up to 330,000 sq ft in a single unit.
