Extending to a total of 136 acres, symmetry park, Kettering has the capacity to deliver up to 2,310,000 sq ft of logistics floor space. Situated directly alongside the A14 “Trans-European” freight route at Junction 9, the site provides prominence for occupiers and excellent transport links to the national motorway and trunk road network. The site is included as an allocated employment site within the adopted North Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy 2011-2031, forming part of the wider ‘Policy 37 Land at Kettering South’ allocation. In accordance with Policy 37, symmetry park, Kettering will focus on the delivery of B8 (Logistics) development.
