Extending to a total of 358 acres, symmetry park, Rugby has the capacity to deliver up to 1,949,000 sq ft of logistics floor space and 2,150 new homes. Situated directly alongside the M45/A45 interchange, the site provides prominence for occupiers and excellent transport links to the national motorway and trunk road network. The site is being promoted through Rugby Borough Council’s Local Plan process, in response to current market need and demand for additional logistics and housing development, and was included in the Publication Draft Local Plan submitted for Examination (July 2017) as part of the proposed wider South West Rugby allocation.
