Working with Barwood Capital, we’re pleased to welcome Enviroride, trading as Greenmotion Car Rental, to Manchester Green.
Greenmotion has relocated from Regus at Manchester Business Park to take, 4,404 sq ft in building one on a five-year lease. The remaining space in the building is occupied by Worley Parsons which moved to Manchester Green in 2015.
The deal to Greenmotion follows hot on the heels from the letting to Assetz Capital, part of Manchester-based Assetz Group at building three earlier this month and coincides with the JV’s decision to bring the asset to market.
Located next to Manchester International Airport, Manchester Green comprises five office buildings offering 107,000 sq ft high quality accommodation. The scheme is now home to blue-chip occupiers including Worley Parsons, Chiesi and Ingredion.

Barwood Capital acquired the business park in 2013 as part of its 2012 Property Fund, and since then with DB Symmetry, has embarked on a comprehensive phased refurbishment programme across the estate.
Canning O’Neill and JLL are joint letting agents for the scheme.
JLL has been appointed to market the investment.
Greenmotion represented itself. The quoting rent is £17.50 per sq ft.
