Jonathan joined in 2007 from Reading Borough Council and has over 12 years of experience in taking major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes through the planning system.
He is responsible for establishing and managing the planning strategy for strategic land holdings from acquisition through to disposal.

Harry works closely with occupiers and the development team to deliver class-leading property solutions, with recent examples being the speculative construction of two warehouse units at CM40 Banbury, the larger unit having let a month after pc to TVS, and the delivery of the Waitrose food store also at Banbury.

Justin is currently a candidate in the Certified Financial Analyst program having passed the level 1 exam in December 2016, he is also a CFA candidate member of the CFA Society UK after achieving the Investment Management Certificate in November 2015. Having studied AAT and CIMA previously Justin has a broad range of accounting and investment knowledge.
